<description>Lulu remind me of our own doggie Jeany. Poodle/Poodle Mix are great dogs, but in some aspects a little special. From own experience two practical tips:
1) positive
Poodel and many poodle mix breed don’t loose hair. That means no dog hair at clothes, apartment, car or anywhere and so less hoovering/cleaning. And cause of that even families with allergy problems around animal hair can consider these dogs as pets(like Obama-family, but make sure it’s okay before adoption!).
2) less positive
They don’t loose hair. It’s like a dust mop, collecting dirt but don’t give it up. So grooming/bathing is a regular task. Hair is growing and gets slowly longer and longer. So a trim/haircut from time to time is no question of fashion but necessity. But you can do it by yourself with a little experience, it’s no big problem.

We would choose a poodle/poodle mix anytime again, they are just great (okay all dogs are great, and yours will always be the greatest, but they are especially great).
Best wishes to Lulu, Mimi, Adam, Eve and all the others.
