Look @ this Success

DSC_4553If you were there, then you will know how many people came, participated, contributed & enjoyed the entertainment, the company, the delights of the artwork, the food & drink and of course the spectacle of dogs in an art gallery.

Ana sang her heart out & Kens film which he spent many hours capturing at the shelter looked good on the wall. You can view it here … but please make sure you have sound, otherwise it won’t do Ken’s fabulous work justice.

The presentation made by Karin was memorable, wrenching heart strings when explaining the large “Rescue” canvas and outlining some of the work we are involved with. Sadly the venue did not lend itself easily to holding peoples attention with spoken words or music but the messages made it to attentive people and many were also generous in their donations.

The auction was exiting with the prize item being sought by some keen bidders and “Elliot” was snatched away in the night !

It was an Art Exhibition, it was a party and it was a success.

Thanks again to Joy & Marshall Kelly for making this event happen in their gallery and many thanks must go to Tim who made the night run as well as it did, the dogs of Chiang Mai are going to benefit tremendously from this event.
