Look at this Gallery – Artist Submissions
Care for Dogs were recently approached by a leading art gallery in Chiang Mai, saying they want to make a contribution to Care for Dogs by way of hosting a fund raising event.
How could we refuse.
The plan is to hold an exhibition of dog and cat related art, showing work by various artists who have either donated their work or been commissioned to produce items for sale and some will be auctioned too. All proceeds from the event will go directly to Care for Dogs.
Marshall Kelly, the proprietor of Look at this Gallery is prepared to hold the exhibition at his gallery in Nimmanhaemin Road for 12 days in October, that’s in 3 months time.
So here is a heads up, keep the 15th October evening free, your coming to a party !
Look at this Gallery are very interested to hear from any artist or photographer with dog and cat related material, who would like to exhibit their work at the gallery and are encouraged to contact Tim McGuire by email info@lookatthisgallery.com or phone (Chiang Mai) 053 400 921 for more information.
The exhibition launch party promises to be very exciting! In addition to paintings, photography and sculpture there will be a fashion show with several models walked on the leash around the gallery, dressed to thrill and please.

Thanks Ally, I hope I am there by the time of the Gallery event. Either way, I emailed Tim and offered a couple of Avonelle’s paintings which I am shipping over anyway. It sounds like a fun event for all!
Hello! I was reading your post and wanted to know if the art included only paintings…or would you be interested in something really creative that could maybe go for the auction? My mom invented a new dog artsy way to id your dog… go to http://www.tazzels.com/ and email me to let me know if you’d be interested ? Her tazzels have already been auctioned off at a fundraising event in CO and on August 15th will be another one for a dog fundraiser…
