Irene Rawles - Recommends Volunteering at Care for Dogs
Irene spent a great deal of time with Care for Dogs recently and this is what she has to say about her stay:
My stay in Chiang Mai was hugely enriched by doing volunteer work at Care for Dogs.
I visited the centre regularly cuddling, grooming and playing with the lovely creatures. They loved the attention and in some cases it was wonderful to see the transformation from frightened dogs into happy animals, always ready with a wag and a friendly nuzzle.
I learned a lot about the power of love and congratulate all the long term volunteers on their dedication and unselfish caring for dogs. I recommend anyone who loves animals to visit the centre, I know I definitely will next time I am in Chiang Mai.
