Honey found safe & well
After many sleepless nights and half of Chiang Mai out on the streets, morning, noon & night, with every street corner advertising a poster showing Honey, this afternoon following many hoax or mis-identified sightings, Honey was seen crouching not more than 100 meters from where she escaped 7 days ago.
Honey was very scared when Karin eventually saw her, tucked into a leaf filled shelter in the undergrowth and despite knowing Karin was her friend, Honey still made a last desperate attempt to run away.
Thankfully with about 20 people around the area watching her movements, it was easy to follow her into a dress making shop, through the sewing machines & into the materials store and out into a closed in back yard.
At last Karin could get to touch Honey and calm her down. Honey was very pleased to be in the safe arms of Karin and the observant guys who spotted her hiding received their reward.
A very happy ending!

LoL! I love your writing style, Ally! In deed it has been a difficult week for us and we worried so much about Honey. She is a shy dog and we were sure she must have been completely stressed out after she got lost. We couldn’t believe that she was still at the same place where we had lost her and had checked several times. Big relief that our family is complete again! A heart-felt ‘Thank You’ to everybody who helped searching for her, especially Gong, Nod, Saay, Julia, Jacqueline Kramer, the team of Baan Ma Kap Maew & the guys who finally spotted her! After a few days “reunion period of grace” Honey will definitely have to go on that diet food I had bought her on the day she went missing… .maybe that was the reason why she escaped?

Maybe you remember the guy who had lost his dog the previous weekend, for a grueling 12 hours. It must have been a very hard time to be without Honey for days and I was so happy to check your website again today to see she has been found…
Our staff had been on the lookout for her since she disappeared and they will also be relieved. I am so happy for you… keep up the excellent work.
