Fester – Needs a home and a decent barber!

This poor guy was found tethered to the front gate of the shelter this week.
Yep, unceremoniously dumped, purposely brought to the shelter by the family that wanted rid of him and sadly in a right mess.
No they were not the ones responsible for the punk hair cut, that’s a Care for Dogs short back & sides for any dog that comes to us with long matted & flea, tick & lice infested coats, that have been neglected for so long, the poor dog has forgotten what a shower mean.
Now though, Uncle Fester (Fester for short) has no ticks, fleas or lice but has found out what showers are all about.
