Eyes Just Open…
We recently received this email from Byron, a concerned cat lover in Chiang Mai and we wonder if someone out there will be looking for a very sociable kitten or two around the 1st of May.
I’m living in town and recently had a litter of 3 kittens born in my outside kitchen (all males). The mother had showed up not long before and apparently decided my place was a safe place to raise a family.
So, I have 2 questions which I wasn’t able to answer on my own from perusing your website.
1) Once the kittens are weaned I’d like to get the mother spayed, where do you suggest doing this? and
2) How can I post a request for adoption of the kittens? Right now they’re only a week old and their eyes are just starting to open, but in another 3-4 weeks they should be cute little fuzz balls and in need of a home.
So if you would like to take a look at the kittens, all beautiful tabbies as you can see, please contact Byron direct on : 081 – 472 – 9350 or, if it’s after the 8th of April, contact me, Gill on 0871 891623 and we can arrange a viewing.
They will be 8 weeks old on the 1st of May and ready for their new homes. We will arrange to have the mother cat sterilised as soon as the kittens are weaned and as she is also very friendly it would be great if she could be given a new home too, maybe with one of the kittens.

Gill " I feel really fortunate that I am able to spend my days doing something so fulfilling and worthwhile. I enjoy spending my time just loving and cuddling our dogs and taking time to restore their confidence in humans. Some have been through untold traumas or are family pets that have just been abandoned on the streets or in Temples so its wonderful to see them settle into the dog family groups here and get a feeling of security again.
